We're taking the guesswork out of therapy.

If you've ever Googled "how does therapy even work" or felt nervous about reaching out because you didn't know what to expect — you're not alone. A lot of people put off getting support not because they don't want it, but because the whole process feels unclear. What do you say? What happens in the first session? How do you know if it's working?

"The hardest part is usually the first reach-out. After that, we've got you."

The Consultation — a conversation, not an interview.

Your first interaction with us is a free 15 minute consultation. This isn't a formal intake or an assessment. It's a conversation. We want to hear what's going on, what's brought you here, and what you're hoping for. You can ask us anything, about our approach, our clinicians, insurance, anything, and we'll be straight with you.

At the end of the consult, we'll share our honest recommendation: which clinician might be the best fit, which service makes the most sense to start with, and what the next step looks like. If we don't think we're the right match, we'll tell you that too — and provide a warm-Handoff somewhere that is.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • 15 minutes, virtual or by phone

  • No paperwork, no pressure, no commitment required

  • An honest conversation — not a sales pitch

  • A clear next step before you hang up

Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all.

Every client comes in with unique needs and goals. My approach draws on evidence-based methods like CBT and EMDR, but always adapts to you. Together, we’ll adjust as needed, so your plan feels sustainable and effective.

What comes after:

You'll recognize the patterns and thoughts that have been keeping you stuck

Real skills for managing triggers, urges, and those overwhelming emotions

Ways to actually communicate with your family without it turning into a disaster

Clear progress on your goals and confidence that you can handle things on your own

Trust in yourself to deal with challenges without falling back into the same old patterns
